Activity Types
When creating trainings for the Sprints, LMS provides us with different types of Activities, which differ by the type of content and its mechanics. Here you will see a brief description of the function of each one, along with links to new articles explaining how to create and edit them. Remember that not all Activities can be gamified, as some are not interactive. You cannot gamify a Text, Image, Audio, or Timeline Block. Once you have created the Sprint and assigned a Mission Block, you can create the first activity. Click on the + button, just below the mission block, and the list of available options is displayed. Hover over each one to see what type it is. Text block This is a simple plain text block that can be used as an introduction or description, providing more information to the student. It can be as length as you want, and you have several options to edit its format or add lists and tables. Image Here you can include any graph or diagram that provides additional information, as long as it meets the formatting requirements: Format JPG, PNG or GIF. Minimum width size of 950 pixels. Maximum weight of 2 megabytes. File This option is used to include a document with training content, so that the student can view it and navigate through its pages. The only accepted format is PDF, and although there is no size limit, it is recommended that it weighs no more than 5 megabytes to make it easier to load the file. External Activity This type of activity allows us to direct the student to a external URL. If you have a training content that you want to add to the Sprint, but it is hosted on another website, you can use this option to make an easy jump from one to another and maintain gamification. SCORM/xAPI activity SCORM or xAPI are files in a format that allows to house structured pedagogical objects, with the fundamental objective of facilitating the portability of learning content, being able to share it and reuse it. That is, they are pedagogical and interactive activities packaged in a file thanks to these format standards, so that they can be ported from one educational platform to another. Video LMS also allows you to include video presentations as activities in your Sprints. They can be links to external pages where the video is hosted, or directly upload the video file to the platform. They can also be gamified and questions can be added for the student during viewing. Audio Like the previous one, this activity allows adding audio content to explain and support the training, in an agile way through a native player. Course Presentation Here the presentation of content is done through a carousel of slides, similar to a PowerPoint file. The platform has its own editor to create these slides through text and visual elements. Question set An extra tool to evaluate the student's knowledge and grade their progress. In the same way, through a native editor you can createquizzes with questions and answers of various types. Timeline Here you have a tool that allows us to get the training content to the student through an interactive and detailed timetable, based on a timeline that you also configure through a native editor.

Text Block
Starting with the basics, the Text Block Activity is the simplest and most practical way to convey training content to the student in a Sprint. It consists of one or more paragraphs of text that can be used to introduce the topic to be covered, highlight some key points or close with a summary of the most important things learned. Remember that the Text Blocks can not be gamified, as they do not have any element of interactivity with the student, they are merely informative. How to create a Text Block To create this type of activity, like the rest, first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint to which you want to add the Text Block. Click on it to enter the Editor. Unlike other Activities, Text Blocks can be added to already published Sprints, since these types of activities does not affect the student's progress or the evaluation of the Sprint. To add a new Text Block to a published Sprint, it must be unpublished first so that the Editor is unlocked and allows you to make changes. Within the Editor, look for the Mission Block in which you want to include the Text Block and click on the + New Activity symbol under it. The menu is displayed with the available types, click on the Text Block button (text icon). A new pop-up window appears with the Text Editor. Text Block Editor The Text Block Editor is a simple and intuitive text editor, which allows you to format your content with various options. The Text Block has no limit of words or characters. Even so, it is recommended to be brief and concise with the contents so as not to overload the Sprint or make the development of the training heavier. Some of the options available to enrich the text are: Lists of items, block quotes hyperlinks, anchors, tables... Also for more experienced users there is the possibility of editing the Text Block in HTML format. All of these options are listed at the top of the Editor. Text Blocks do not have the possibility of inserting images within it. To do so, you must create a Image activity.

Image
Another of the simplest and most practical ways to transmit training content is the Image Activity. Thanks to it, you can add to the Sprint any type of image or graphic related to the themes. You can use it for additional information, explain through illustrations, share an outline or simply head a series of activities. Remember that the Images cannot be gamified, as they don't have any element of interactivity with the student, they are merely informative. How to create an Image activity To create this type of activity first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the Image to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Unlike other Activities, Images can be added to already published Sprints, since this type of activity do not affect the student progress or Sprint assessment. To add a new Image to a published Sprint, it must first be unpublished for the Editor to unlock and allows you to make changes. Within the Editor, look for the Mission Block you want to include the Image in, and click on the + New Activity symbol under it. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the Image button (photo icon). A new pop-up window appears to import the image. A preview of the image is shown to verify it has been imported correctly, finally click on the √ SAVE button to add it as a new Activity. For the image to be successfully imported to the platform, the file must meet the requirements: JPG, PNG or GIF format minimum width of 950 pixels maximum size of 2 megabytes

Create a File Activity
In this article we will explore a type of activity available, which is especially useful for making training content available to the students in file format. If we have a document with text, tables, images... that we want to make available directly, without copy/pasting the content, the File Activity is the indicated one. If you want to know more about the process of viewing or editing a File Activity, click on this link to see the article "View and edit a File Activity". PDF format The only format compatible with this activity is PDF file type. If we try to upload another type of file, the platform will return the message "Error when trying to upload the file". Why pdf format? First of all for the advantages it offers over other formats, such as its stability, compatibility and the impossibility to edit it. But mainly because the Netex Cloud environment is accessed through a web browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Opera, Safari ...). Most of these browsers have a PDF viewer, integrated by default for free. However, they do not allow the viewing of other files, such as Excel type, Access type... That is why the PDF format gives us the necessary compatibility and universality to reach all types of students and devices. Enable the feature The File Activity is a module type, that is, it can be activated or deactivated for each particular Instance . Normally you have to request the activation of this type of features to start using them, but since March 2022, the File Activity is active by default for all customers, both existing and new. File Activity must be available by default among the activity types in the Sprints. If you can not find it in your Instance, please contact your Learning Consultant or KAM. Add a File Activity In order to add a File Activity to our content we must access the Learning Manager of our instance with a user that has access to create and edit Sprints (General Administrator or Author). To create a new Sprint, or editing an existing one, we must go to the Mission Block where we want to include the activity and look for the New Activity button. Clicking it displays all the available activity types. Select the folder icon, called File. It displays two options: Create: to create a new File Activity from a file in our computer, and upload it to the platform. Clicking opens the activity configuration window. Browse: to recover from the platform a file already used in other activities, that was already uploaded previously. Clicking on this option will display a side menu with a list of all available files. Use the top search bar to filter and find the file you want; click flag on its left; and press the √ ADD button at the top left to access the activity configuration window. Set up a File Activity Accessing the activity settings window, you can see several fields: Name: this is mandatory. Here you enter the title under which the activity will be shown to the student. Description: this is optional (can be left blank). Here you can enter a brief description to introduce the activity to the student. Upload the file: click on this field to access your computer and select the file you want to upload. In case you have chosen the Browse option, the chosen file will already appear in this box, it will not be necessary to select it. Remember, only PDF files can be uploaded. The system will reject any other file type. Display type: next you will find three options in a row, which allow you to choose how the PDF will be displayedwhen the student clicks on the activity: In card: the file will be displayed within the activity space itself, in a smaller viewer. Full screen: the file will be displayed in a viewer the size of the entire browser window, covering the course interface in the background. In a new window: a new tab will open in the browser, where the file will be displayed in full screen. This view is the same as in the previous option, but in this case the training content will still be available in the other tab. Depending on the browser the student is using, the first two options may not be available, so the content will still be displayed in a new window. Comments: check or uncheck this flag to allow or not the student to leave a comment after finishing the activity. If you have any questions or issues with a File Activity, we recommend you to access the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) article, where you can find answers to many common questions.

View and edit a File Activity
In this article we will explore a type of activity available, which is especially useful for making training content available to the students in file format. If we have a document with text, tables, images... that we want to make available directly, without copy/pasting the content, the File Activity is the indicated one. If you want to know more about the process of creating a File Activity, click on this link to see the article "Create a File Activity". PDF Viewer Regardless of the option selected in the Display type section configuration, the PDF file will be displayed to the student through a viewer window. Around it we will see several buttons with different features: At the top left, the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons (lens), and the button to adjust the view to the page width (box). At the top right, the navigation buttons (arrows) to: go to the first page go to previous page go to the next page go to the last page On the right, the scroll bar to move through the current page. It is not possible to move to the next page using manual scrolling or the scroll bar. They are only used to go through the current page. To move on to the next page, click on the arrow buttons at the top right. If you selected the In card display type at the activity settings, at the bottom right you will find a four-cornered icon that allows us to switch to a full screen view. If you selected the Full screen display type at the activity settings, at the top right you will find an X that allows us to exit the full screen view. Set a milestone in a File Activity The File Activity, like the rest of the activities except Text Block and Image, can be used to mark a milestone within the Sprint. That is, this activity is not available to the student until he has completed others previously. In order to do this, once the activity is created, just hover the mouse pointer over it, and a series of buttons will appear in the upper right corner. Click on the icon with the flag Set milestone, and a side menu will appear. Here we can select which of the Sprint activities must be completed before the student can access it. Check the flags to the left of the ones you want, and click the √ Save button at the top right. Gamify a File Activity The File Activity can also be gamified, to award points or badges to students who complete it. To do this, go back to the activity options and click on the button with the Gamify trophy. A new side menu appears where we must first check the flag "Yes, gamify the activity". A series of options will appear where we can activate and specify the score that will be awarded; and activate and select the badges that the student will earn. Remember that the File Activity has no interaction with the student. He can only open and view the PDF. Therefore, the only way to mark it as completed is to open the activity. Also remember that once you have published a Sprint, it will not be possible to modify the gamification of the File Activity, even if you unpublish it later. Edit or delete a File Activity Once created, the File Activity can be easily edited or deleted, by accessing the options of the activity itself and clicking on the Edit pencil button, or the Delete trash can button. If you have any questions or issues with a File Activity, we recommend you to access the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) article, where you can find answers to many common questions.

External Activity
What is an External Activity You may have a training resource that you want to add to your Sprint, but it does not fit with any of the available activity types (SCORM, Video, Question set...). Maybe a Java presentation, an Office formulary, or any other kind of file hosted in a cloud storage service. You may even want to add a whole external web page into the Sprint as a formative resource. Any type of external element to the LMS platform that is available online can be incorporated to your training, through an External Activity. It is the easiest to configure, but it offers you the widest range of possibilities. The External Activity is one of the types of activities that can be gamified. To find out how to do it and what options you have, check this article. How to create an External Activity To create this type of activity first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the external resource to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Remember that in order to add External Activities to a Sprint, it must not have been published before. If the Sprint is Published and then Unpublished, the Editor will be available, but when trying to create the Activity the system will return the error message It is not possible to change activity related data when the sprint has already been published. Within the Editor, look for the Mission Block in which you want to include the Activity and click on the + New Activity button under it. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the External Activity button (globe icon). Two more options are displayed: Create and Explore. Create a new External Activity The Create option allows you to add a new URL or online resource that you have not used so far. Clicking on the pencil icon displays a pop-up menu to create an activity, with the following options: In the upper left corner, as in other types of activities, Set milestone (flag icon) and Gamify the activity (trophy icon). Edit Image, in the photo icon in the upper-right corner, to select a header image for the Activity. Name, to assign a title to the Activity. Description, a brief introduction to the Activity, which will be visible to the student. Launch URL, click in this box to enter the URL address of the external resource you want to add. Write it with the format "http://www.example.com". Display, like the rest of the activities, the system allows you to choose how it will be opened when clicking on it: In card: the external resource is shown in the small window of the Activity inside the Sprint. Full screen: the resource is displayed maximized to full screen, overlaying the Sprint and hiding it. Once you have finished the activity, close the window to return to the Sprint. In a new window: the resource is opened in a new browser tab, apart from the Sprint tab itself. This allows you to maximize the content and at the same time being able to jump between the External Activity and the Sprint easily. Comments, check or uncheck this flag to allow or not students to add comments to the Activity. Click on the √ SAVE button and the system proceeds to import the link and create the new Activity. If you click on the Activity within the Editor, you will see a thumbnail of the resource with the header image, the web metadata and the URL address. Browse an existing External Activity Explore (file-shaped button) is the second option that appears when you try to create an External Activity, and allows you to explore all the External Activities that have been previously imported into the system to select the one you want and create the new activity from it. This option helps you to reuse an External Activity that has been already uploaded to the platform previously. Clicking on it displays a new side menu with the Library, a list of all External Activities that were previously imported. You can use the Search... bar at the top to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for. When you find it, click on the flag on its left and press the √ ADD button. You will go to the same window of new activity that you saw in the previous section, but with the URL link already entered. Netex disclaims its responsibility for publication of all content that is not hosted within the platform. Likewise, we recommend that such content be opened by default in a new window to avoid display problems in the selected iFrame.

SCORM/xAPI Activities
What are SCORM/xAPI activities? SCORM or xAPI files are files in a format that allows to house structured pedagogical objects, with the main objective of making learning content portable, being able to share it and reuse it. They are pedagogical and interactive activities packaged in a file thanks to these format standards, in order to be ported from one educational platform to another. LMS is compatible with SCORM/xAPI technology, allows you to import or export files of this format as Activities within the Sprints, and gamify them according to their configuration to reward the student who completes the criteria for passing. How to create a SCORM/xAPI activity To create this type of activity, the first step is to have the training activity packaged in a SCORM/xAPI file, with compressed .ZIP format. You must make sure that the activity is correctly configured and the format is appropriate and it can be successfully imported into the platform. Then access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the SCORM activity to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Remember that in order to add Activities to a Sprint, it must not have been published before. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the SCORM/xAPI Activity button (hat icon). Two more options are displayed: Create and Explore. Create a new SCORM/xAPI activity The Create option allows you to import a SCORM format file from your computer. Upload a SCORM/xAPI package, click on the cloud icon to upload the file from your computer. It must be in .ZIP format and a maximum size of 500MB. Paste a URL, if the SCORM file is available on the network, enter the URL address here for the system to import it. Display, as in the rest of the activities, the system allows you to choose how the Activity will opened when clicking on it. In the case of SCORM, due to browser restrictions, it will always open in a new window regardless of what you have selected here. Comments, check or uncheck this flag to allow or not students to add comments to the Activity. Click on the √ SAVE button and the system proceeds to import the file and create the new Activity. This may take some time, depending on the size of the file. The file has been imported correctly if you go back to the Editor and the Activity appears within the Mission Block. Browse an existing SCORM/xAPI activity Explore (file-shaped button) is the second option that appears when you try to create a SCORM Activity, and allows you to explore all the SCORM Activities that have been previously imported into the system to select the one you want and create the new activity from it. This option helps you to reuse a SCORM Activity that has been already uploaded to the platform previously. Clicking on it displays a new side menu with the Library, a list of all SCORM Activities that were previously imported. You can use the Search... bar at the top to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for. When you find it, click on the flag on its left and press the √ ADD button. You will go to the same window of new activity that we saw in the previous section, but with the SCORM file already selected. Tips for creating SCORM/xAPI activities Use HTML5 to avoid different flash compatibilities on different platforms. Percentage point scaling, because a content will return the percentile of completeness, but keep in mind that the Learning product will only compute the number of points obtained. The content must always send a status that corresponds to those required by the Sprint. If a Sprint includes SCORM content, the execution of it by many users simultaneously must be taken into account. This type of Sprint should be executed by a controlled number of users at a time for a better experience on the platform. The SCORM file size limit is 500MB, but its size is recommended to be as low as possible to make it easier to load and run the activity. SCORM activities always open in a new window, regardless of the type of display selected when creating the activity. For this reason it is important that the student or user of the training portal does not block pop-ups in the browser.

Video
One of the most attractive multimedia contents that you can add to your Sprint are the Video clips. LMS allows you to include audiovisual presentations as activities. In addition to providing training content they can require the interaction of the student through questions. And reward them for their achievements and progress, as gamifiable activities. These activities can link to external pages where the video is hosted, or upload the file directly to the platform from your computer. To know how to gamify a video activity and what options are available, check this article. How to create a Video activity To create this type of activity first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the external resource to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Remember that in order to add Videos to a Sprint, it must not have been published before. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the Video button (play icon). Two more options are displayed: Create and Explore. Create a new Video The Create option allows you to add a new Video file from your computer. Create video content, click on this space to access the editor where you can select the video file and configure its characteristics. Comments, check or uncheck this flag to allow or not students to add comments to the Activity. Clicking on the Create video content option and a new side menu is displayed, which guides you to create the new video activity through three steps. The first one, Upload/Embed Video: Add a video: click on the +symbol to import the video track you want to add to the Sprint from a new pop-up window. To do this you have two options: Upload video file, to import it directly from your computer. Paste a link, to import the video from an online URL. LMS supports external video sources in MP4, WEBM or OGV format, from platforms such as Vimeo Pro or YouTube. Once you have entered the source, click on the Insert button. It is possible to add several versions of the video in different image qualities. Each version is assigned a corresponding quality description tag. To ensure maximum compatibility with web browsers, it is recommended to add at least one version of the video in WEBM and MP4 format. Interactive video: through this option you can show an image or a text with a brief description on the initial screen of the video. This feature does NOT work for YouTube videos. Text Tracks: use this option to add a text track that will be overlayed throughout the video. This feature allows you to add subtitles with the audio translation, titles for the different blocks, or descriptions that support what is seen on screen: In the Subtitles window you can add the file with the text track, which must be in WebVTT format. Here you can assign a label to the text track, define its content (subtitles, titles or descriptions) and the language they are in, using the BCP 47 language code (ES for Spanish, EN for English, DE for German...). The second step is to Add interactions. This tab displays the videos just uploaded in a player. You can use it to add the interactions that you want to appear during the viewing. These interactions can be of various types depending on their function: texts, images, hyperlinks, questions to gamify the activity... At the bottom you can find the time or progress bar where you mark the point of the video where you want to introduce the interaction. Once chosen, select the type of interaction from all the available ones in the menu at the top. The third and last step is the Summary task, with the options: Title, to add a heading to the summary. Introduction text to enter a concluding text or a summary of the video. Set of statements to show a series of conclusions about the content of the video, some correct and some incorrect, and let the student choose which one is true. You can add as many conclusions as you want, but you must always enter the correct one first. A hint or indication of the solution can also be added in the Tip field. Overall Feedback , when the video activity is gamified, allows you to display a feedback message to the student according to the percentage of successes he had. You must enter the feedback message in the field on the left, and in the field on the right indicate for which percentages of successes it will be displayed. In addition to these three steps, at the bottom there are two other drop-down menus with other configuration options: Behavioral settings: in this drop-down menu you have several options to configure the playback of the video: Start video at to start video playback at a time other than the start of the video. Loop the video to automatically replay the video once it has finished. Override "Show Solution" button determines whether the Show Solution button will be displayed for all questions, disabled for all or set for each question individually. Override "Retry" button determines whether the Retry button will be displayed for all questions, disabled for all or set for each question individually. Start with bookmarks menu open. This function is not available on iPad when using YouTube as a video source. Show button for rewinding 10 seconds, this function allows you to go back 10 seconds during playback. Prevent skipping forward in a video, disables video navigation controls by default. Deactivate sound, disables the sound of the video and prevents it from being activated. Text overrides and translations: in this drop-down menu you can enter a translation for the different controls and response messages of the player. Clicking on the Interactive Video and Summary options you find the different parameters that you can translate, and in the upper right corner you select the translation Language from those available in the drop-down menu. Once you have imported the audio and configured all the options, click on the √ SAVE button and the system proceeds to import the file and create the new Activity. This may take some time, depending on the size of the file. If you return to the Editor and the Activity appears inside the Mission Block, without any error message, it means that the file has been imported successfully. Browse an existing Video activity Explore (file-shaped button) is the second option that appears when you try to create a Video Activity, and allows you to explore all the Video Activities that have been previously imported into the system to select the one you want and create the new activity from it. This option helps you to reuse a Video Activity that has been already uploaded to the platform previously. Clicking on it displays a new side menu with the Library, a list of all Video Activities that were previously imported. You can use the Search... bar at the top to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for. When you find it, click on the flag on its left and press the √ ADD button. You will go to the same window of new activity that you saw in the previous section, but with the audio file already imported. Netex disclaims its responsibility for publication of all content that is not hosted within the platform (Vimeo PRO, Youtube...). These platforms and their content are the responsibility of the creator and also depend on the restrictions that these providers apply to their products. For example, embedded publishing restrictions, or dynamic YouTube links.

Audio
Among the multimedia content that you can add to your Sprint are the Audio Activities. This is a sound track that can be used to introduce explanations, examples... any type of audio content that helps us to support the Sprint's training action. Remember that the Audios cannot be gamified, as they don't have any element of interactivity with the student, they are merely informative. How to create an Audio Activity To create this type of activity first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the Image to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Remember that in order to add Audio Activities to a Sprint, it must not have been published before. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the Audio activity button (headphones icon). Two more options are displayed: Create and Explore. Player mode: LMS offers you three types of audio players with different skins, to choose the one that suits best for the Activity: Minimalistic, displays a single button that plays the audio when clicked. Unable to stop playback. Full, displays a full frame with a play/pause button, the time counter, a progress bar, a volume control, and an option to modify the playback speed. Transparent, does not show any player, audio plays automatically when the Activity is opened. Unable to control playback. Enable controls: this option, enabled by default, allows you to disable playback controls. Enable autoPlay: Disabled by default, this option allows audio to start playing automatically. It is not necessary for the user to press the play button to start the audio. Text overrides and translations: allows you to edit and translate the texts used for the audio parameters, selecting the new language from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. You can also edit the audio name and the error message in case of playback failure. Browse an existing Audio Activity Explore (file-shaped button) is the second option that appears when you try to create an Audio Activity, and allows you to explore all the Audio Activities that have been previously imported into the system to select the one you want and create the new activity from it. Clicking on it displays a new side menu with the Library, a list of all Audio Activities that were previously imported. You can use the Search... bar at the top to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for. When you find it, click on the flag on its left and press the √ ADD button. You will go to the same window of new activity that you saw in the previous section, but with the audio file already imported. The audio player shown is the only means offered by LMS for the correct playback of imported audios. For other alternatives, please contact your Learning Consultant or KAM to inform you of possible alternatives or some different use cases of the platform by other clients.

Course presentation
An easier alternative way to add audiovisual content to your Sprint is through an Interactive Presentation. It is a slide carousel, similar to that of a PowerPoint file, that you can build through elements such as images, infographics or text blocks. The platform has its own editor to create these slides through text and visual elements. The Interactive Presentation is one of the types of activities that CAN be gamified. To learn how to do this and what options you have, check out this article. How to Create an Interactive Presentation To create this type of activity first access the Learning tab, within the Learning Manager, and look for the Sprint you want to add the slideshow to. Click on it to enter the Editor. Remember that in order to add Course Presentations to a Sprint, it must not have been published before. The menu with the available types is displayed, click on the Course Presentation activity button (screens icon). Two more options are displayed: Create and Explore. Create a new Course Presentation The Create option allows you to add a new slideshow that you have not used so far. Create course presentation content, click on this space to access the editor where you can create the slideshow and configure its characteristics. Comments, check or uncheck this flag to allow or not students to add comments to the Activity. Click on the Create course presentation content option and a new side menu is displayed with the editor to create it through all the available options: Slides menu, to edit how the side menu on the left side of the screen with the thumbnails of the slides will be displayed. Edit bar, where you have all the different elements, interactive or not, that you can add each slide of the presentation: texts, hyperlinks, videos, quizzes... Preview, in the center box you see a preview of the presentation where you can edit all the elements that you add to the slide. Slide Editing, at the bottom you have the buttons to add and edit new pages or slides. Text overrides and translations: in this drop-down menu you can enter a translation for the different controls and response messages of the presentation. Clicking on the Course Presentation option you find the different parameters that you can translate, and in the upper right you select the Language of the translation from among those available in the drop-down menu. Once you have edited and configured the slideshow, click on the √ SAVE button and the system proceeds to create the new Activity. Explore an existing Interactive Presentation Explore (file-shaped button) is the second option that appears when you try to create a Course Presentation, and allows you to explore all the slideshows that have been previously created to select the one you want and create the new activity from it. This option helps you to reuse a Course Presentation that has been already created in the platform previously. Clicking on it displays a new side menu with the Library, a list of all External Activities that were previously imported. You can use the Search... bar at the top to enter keywords related to the activity you are looking for. When you find it, click on the flag on its left and press the √ ADD button. You will go to the same window of new activity that you saw in the previous section, but with the slideshow already created. Remember that for Course Presentations to be gamifiable, they must ALWAYS have a final evaluation.
