Login

Once you have installed the New Generation app on your mobile device and opened it, you can see the login screen:

You must enter your data to log in:

Company: the identifier of the instance you want to login to. If you have access to the web portal, it is the beginning of the URL address, before the -learnerportal.
Username: your LC user ID. If you have access to the web portal, it is the same username.

The Company ID and Username must be provided by your own company. Check if you have received them in your email, or contact your training Administrator.

Click on the arrow → to advance to the next screen. Now you must enter your Password. If you have access to the web portal, it is the same one.

If you have forgotten your password or do not have access to it, click on Can't access your account? Enter your username or email, and you will receive a message with the steps to change it.

Enter our password and click on the arrow → to enter the app. If you can not log in, check that you have entered the password correctly. To go back and change the company or username, click on the arrow ←
