Copy and paste components

The Author editor allows you to copy or move the various components and paste them:

In another position on the page.
On another page or popup of the same unit.
On a page or popup of another unit.

Copy or move a component

Select the desired component, access the Navigator tab, and at the bottom of the screen, press Copy or Cut (to move it position).

Paste the component on the same page

First you need to position yourself where you want to copy/move the component. To do this, tap the component next to which you want to carry the copied content.

Then, in the lower area of the tab Navigator and clic Paste.

Then decide where you want to paste the component: Before or After the other selected component (or even Inside,if the chosen component allows it).

Paste a component on another page

To paste a component on another page, simply open the new page and follow the previous process:

Selects the component next to which you want to paste the copied component.
Go to the Navigator tab and clicPaste .
Decide which position to paste the component into: Before, After, or Inside.

Paste a component into another unit

To do this, you first need to:

Have the two units open in the same browser (in two different tabs).
Have both units use the same template.

Then the usual copying process follows:

Copy the component to drive A
Stand on unit B, select the component next to which you want to paste.
Go to the B tab Navigator and press Paste.
Decide which position to paste the component into: Before, After, or Inside.
