In addition to the options in Global Admin the Reports tool is also available, there you can access different reports related to the LCloud Mobile version and user Licenses.

How to access Reports

Access to Reports can be found in the instance dashboard, the page you access after logging in.

To access Reports it is necessary that your user has the Admin role in the Global Admin permissions.

Click on the access, in the menu on the right you can find two sections.

Lcloud Mobile

Click on the tabs at the top to see:

• the errors detected in the access through the mobile app. Export button allows you to download the report in CSV format, you can also delete any of the entries in the report by selecting the checkbox and clicking Delete.
  
  
  
  
• the devices that have accessed the mobile app, Export button allows you to download the report in CSV format.
  
  

Licences

Click on the tabs at the top to see:

• the users who accessed the instance, Export button allows you to download the report in CSV format.
  
  
  
  
• the record of the reports that have been exported from the previous section.
